About
Hi,
I'm Kayla and welcome to my blog! I'm so glad you're here! I guess it's about time I updated the "About" section! Hawaii was a great adventure and we were so blessed to be able to experience that!
We've now moved on from the island life with the military so that the hubby can attend seminary! More updates on that soon!
I'll be updating with a newer post soon, but I hope you enjoy the content on here already!

Hi alohamilitarylife.blogspot.com,
ReplyDeleteI hope you’re doing well! In the past, you’ve linked to the Bob’s Red Mill site. Unfortunately, our site is currently in a penalty from Google due to links that violate their guidelines. We are reaching out to all sites that could be contributing to this penalty to have those links changed to be “no follow.” I want to assure you that you did nothing wrong! But according to Google’s guidelines, all sponsored posts and product giveaway links need to be nofollows. We’re trying to be extra cautious, which is why we’re reaching out to all links that we think Google could mistake as unnatural, whether those are sponsored or organic links. We appreciate that you linked back to us, so I’m really sorry to inconvenience you. We love when our followers mention us and we are sad to ask you to change the link. This penalty has significantly impacted our website showing up in Google and we’re doing everything possible to change any links that could contributing to this penalty.
Here is an example of a nofollow link: Article Example
You can change a link to no follow by going into the HTML editor of the post and typing in rel=”nofollow” between the anchor text and the link.
These are the URLs that we know link to our site:

We really appreciate your help while we try to prove to Google that we are doing everything we can to fix this violation. I understand that this email may seem suspicious. Due to the large number of emails and sites that we are reaching out to, we’re using a different email address in order to protect our own email platform from getting flagged as spam. Since we’re reaching out to so many people, we also have to generalize the common themes that are causing this penalty into a few email templates, so I apologize if any of this sounds off.
Please let us know once you’ve changed the link(s) to no follow and let us know if you need any assistance in how to make this change. Don’t hesitate to reach out to me at kbrennan@bobsredmill.com with any questions or concerns. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your help!
